All of these 14 knu vise p-400 clamps are in working order. All original. Most of these have rust but all open and close as they should. Most have bent screws but that's an easy fix. This is the near best deal on ebay for these per piece. All sides of every vise are in the pics. I try to describe and take a lot of pics. 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
